Villa Tiki Surf Lodge

Villa Tiki is an original surf lodge created in 2011 in Vieux Boucau, France, by Ivan, passionate about surfing and fervent defender of the environment. The name Tiki comes from the Polynesian totems (sculpted by Ivan’s father), protective symbols adorning the Villa. In 2017, the surflodge was certified by the European Ecolabel, thus validating the eco-responsible choices that have been part of the DNA of the place since its creation.

Since 10 years now, surfers and travelers from all over the world have been coming to enjoy this authentic and friendly place located just behind the sand dunes of Vieux Boucau beach, a great surf spot of French West Coast.

Different options are available on site: rental and surf lessons, yoga lessons.

How do I start designing a poncho with my brand’s logo?

Simply email us at contact@pakal-shop.com with your logo, preferred placement and size, color choices, and desired quantities. Our team will prepare design proposals and quotes based on different towel qualities. We’ll refine the design with you if needed, confirm lead times, and once approved, move ahead with production. A sample can also be provided on request.

What kind of towel fabric can be used for my club poncho design?

We offer two main fabric options for your custom poncho design:

  • Premium Cotton Towel (360 g/m²): The same high-quality cotton used in our Pakal Ethnic Surf Ponchos. Soft, absorbent, and durable — perfect for everyday use.

  • Microfiber Towel: A lighter, more affordable polyester option. Strong and quick-drying, though less absorbent than cotton.

We can also send you fabric swatches so you can compare textures, absorption, and color tones before making your choice.

What are the lead times for my Custom Surf Poncho?

Lead times vary depending on the time of year, as we produce mainly on a pre-order basis:

  • Autumn/Winter Production: Pre-order in April → Delivery in October.
    Ideal for clubs starting with the school schedule, so your members have their ponchos ready for the season.

  • Spring/Summer Production: Pre-order in October → Delivery in March.
    Perfect for seasonal schools and clubs who need their ponchos in time for Easter and the start of warmer weather.

If you miss a pre-order window, don’t worry! Contact us and we’ll let you know the options — including special production when possible.
