Our surfboard socks are tailored in a small family run workshop in the Yucatan, Mexico. The design mixes jute natural fabric with colourful handmade sarape pieces.
The sarape is a traditional rug which is woven by hand in a wooden loom. This particular sarape has been made in the state of Tlaxcala in central Mexico and uses an ancestral technique passed along from gerneration to generation.
